I called before coming in to ensure that they take insurance. They said yes that it covers the exam, contacts and glasses. After traveling for more than an hour I finally arrive. I get told that they do not cover anything. They spent 10 seconds "researching all forms of insurance" to come to this conclusion. After I got frustrated and said that I cannot afford to put down 5 thousand dollars, they offered no response to tell me how much it was, which I took as them agreeing on the cost. That's when I left. They lied to me about insurance first of all. They said "I don't know what the person said over the phone". Well, maybe ask them? Maybe inform them? 100% lack of communication in every single direction. I've met middle school kids with more planning and communication skills. Also, there were 9 of us in a waiting room with 4 chairs in a 3x6 foot area. Part of which included a window in which you give your medical information to staff. It was clearly not designed for more than 1 person at a time. Some of us literally had to stand outside so the door could be opened for yet more people.

Very unorganized. I even had to go back multiple times because she couldn't fit me for contact lenses (which I have been wearing effortlessly for 15 years). They never answer the phone and are difficult to deal with. After 3 years, I wont be going back.
