06/15/19. Since June 3rd and 4th I never received a call back from Lourdes Diaz. I sent her a text message, left a voice mail message and another message with a “Valeria” who answered Lourdes’ cell phone, to no avail. Behavior Analyst Lourdes Díaz never returned any of my calls despite the fact that I included in the messages she I was referred to her by a group home owner whose clients Lourdes is the provider.. Because of that unprofessional and inconsiderate behavior, I will never contact her again! One call back to apologize for the delay and decline if she is not accepting new clients would have been appropriate. .
