Lu Chiajou, MS

Chiajou has been my therapist for 1.5 years, and the overall experience has been great. I have always considered her an angel. She is patient, understanding, respectful, warm, and knowledgeable. She is extremely professional in relationships and marriage, and she continuously expands her expertise in her field. I can feel her genuinely helpful attitude towards her patients and her passion for this career. After many sessions with her, my depression has dramatically decreased. I always feel supported, understood, and guided through different times. I have learned how to navigate complex relationships and take better care of myself. I truly trust her, and I highly recommend her to anyone, especially those struggling with relationships.

My partner and I were in a bad spot, Chiajou helped guide us to clear the bad air, better define our relationship, make healthier boundaries, adjust plans, make new goals, and execute, with follow ups. Though the end result wasn't what we wanted, it is what we needed. Booking is a bit difficult but to be expected.Her office suite situation could benefit from a Front Desk staff

Chiajou is kind, understanding, and strikes the perfect balance between asking meaningful questions that drive you to deep self-awareness and giving you the space to explore your thoughts on your own. She has been instrumental to my self development and handles sensitive issues of race, domestic conflict, and trauma so well. She's given me tools that will help me navigate personal struggles for the rest of my life and I cannot recommend her enough! She is well-versed in the needs of immigrants/Asian Americans and that is so needed in our community.
