Heaven sent
Last year was an emotional rollercoaster for our family. Early in the year we suffered a loss and I was riddled with serious health anxiety, distrust in the medical field and worry about our future as parents. But, in the thick of all of this, we met a doctor that literally felt like she was heaven sent - our very own miracle worker! Dr. Cordeiro single-handedly renewed my trust in doctors, and my hope for another baby (funny enough we ended up with twins!!) From the moment I met her she eased my concerns and questions with patience, gentleness and thoroughness. There was not a question she wouldn’t answer or find an answer to. I remember her saying “I’m always right”, which initially made me laugh because of her bluntness. Well, she ended up always being right!
