Lucianna Martone

She was so rude and literally acted like I was bothering her. She dismissed everything I said and told me to go to my doctor, I thought I was seeing a provider but apparently not. She wouldn't even give me an opinion, I almost ended the call right when she answered with her smug attitude and pretty much told me she didn't want to try and help me within 10 seconds of the virtual visit.

I saw her for a virtual visit and she dismissed me and my concerns immediately. The visit lasted 5 minutes, she was rushed and seemed annoyed. All I wanted was an antibiotic for a sore throat and she acted like I had no idea what I was taking about. I know my body. I think an adult has the ability to tell when they are sick. Left the interaction feeling patronized, and didn’t get the medicine I needed.. such a waste of time and money

I was so scared when I woke up in the middle of the night and I wasn’t able to breathe well and I had a fever. Dr. Lucianna Martone was able to get me to relax and give me the medication I needed to help me get through it and explained everything thoroughly to me. It makes a difference to see a provider that is kind and cares!!

When I woke up in the middle of the night with a 102.6 fever with chills, I used the online urgent care visit and Lucianna was my care provider. She was so kind, understanding, caring, and knowledgeable. She was very through with her diagnosis and treatment. Thank you, Lucianna

Lucianna treated me poorly during an urgent care visit because I received the anti-body treatment for Covid earlier that day. I met criteria for referral, but she asked me twice in my appointment what qualified me. She stated she had patients sicker than me who were not approved, but thought maybe the supply had improved. She then looked off in disgust and sighed. I understand healthcare professionals are under unprecedented stress and pressure, but that should not have been taken out on me. Already scared with Covid, I shouldn’t have been made to feel guilty for receiving a treatment to make me better. It was like I was reprimanded my entire urgent care visit with her. I understand this treatment has not been consistently available. I am extremely grateful and appreciative for the opportunity to have it. I should not have been treated this way and I hope other Covid patients are treated more respectfully.
