Rushes patients and lacks bedside manner.
extraordinary wait time for a 7:30 am appointment. when finally seen felt rushed by the provider. provider did not look at my child, just looked at the picture taken by assistant. although an obvious diagnosis to the provider, was not considerate of question I had about earlier symptoms that were not present at the time.

Lucrisha came off as being inconvenienced by my dermatological issue. She was terse and acted irritated by some of my questions answering them sarcastically. Just an overall uncomfortable experience. Both me and my husband plan on taking our business elsewhere from now on. He was being seen regularly here but will go with a different provider with a kind bedside manner. Awful and humiliating experience.

waste of time and money
As someone that feels defeated W eczema..this experience left me with tears. She came in and didn't look at any of my problem areas i mentioned…..even down to walking out before i could finish asking questions about the areas she neglected to speak on. just seemed careless n rushed. Won't be returning.
