Great care
Took my mother in law to the urgent care where PA Butler works for severe back pain today, sciatic. The experience way exceeded our expectations. She listened, diagnosed and treated. Mother in law feels like her life is going to get normalized again if she follows the plan PA Butler put together and some follow up. We’re all super happy and feel like we for sure went to the right place.

Misdiagnosis. Lack of any bedside manner towards me. Lack of professionalism. She came in the room, said one or two things and left. Not once did she explain anything to me. She didn't even conduct an exam of any kind. Would not recommend this PA to anyone else. What is happening now when they use PA's instead of real doctors in any health care facility???
