Needs to be fired from working with the VA
Ill just say this Ludella brown half a my VA Claim exam. A lot of the things I have mentioned to her, she somehow forgot or lazy enough and did not write it down. Example #1 I have severe vertigo. 'I' soldier member said I have experience with severe vertigo she wrote on my DBQ that I did not mentioned vertigo at all. One she didn't event do the exam for it and two she basically said on the DBQ that she did the test. 2nd Example I claimed ankle and shin splints. She apparently quote on quote did the exam and did not find any result of pain on my DBQ. She pencil whooped most of my range of motion on the DBQs that we didn't do a exam on. My advice if you have a upcoming appointment with this Lady, I suggest you call and reschedule for a different examiner. This things is unacceptable and needs to be looked at. She is out here messing with peoples compensation and future medical help my lying, faking, and not caring about the soldiers issues when it comes to the exam. Dear VA do something

Worst excuse of a provider yet
Dr. Brown had an absolutely disgusting attitude before the appointment even started. Then followed up by refusing to make note of any symptoms and pain I was having. When informed she was seriously hurting me, she scoffed and followed up by lying in her notes to prevent my from getting a proper rating and future care from the VA. Absolutely the worst provider I have ever had the misfortune of encountering.

Horrible
Had to go there for a VA C&P exam. She totally pencil whipped the paperwork. Did the range of motion tests standing where she couldn't even see the protractor. Barely touched me when she had to do strength resistance checks and never did any sensation checks. I have compressed nerves in my back and have issues with feeling in my hands. Sad thing for her is I was a nurse and knew all the checks she should have done and how to do them because I've done them to patients myself. Then based on her "findings" VA said I was showing signs of improvement. Now I'm dealing with appeal status and have been waiting on a new exam from a competently provider for the better part of this year. And the office staff was VERY rude.

Horrible experience
I found NP Ludella Brown to be rude, condescending, and dismissive. Seemed like she didn’t want to do her job and couldn’t care less about my condition. First time I encounter a health professional with such bad attitude. I was so astounded by her behavior that I had to share my experience for others know.

I saw this provider for a VA Compensation exam. The provider had not reviewed my record and did not seem prepared for my exam. During the range of motion I informed the provider I could not complete one portion due to it causing more pain and problems afterwards and she said I had to and then wrote rude comments on my exam and sent them back to the VA (guess what we see what you say when the decision paperwork comes in, and you didn't even mention my concerns), and I ended up out of work for three days because "I HAD TO." Lastly, I now have to do repeat C&P Exams for three conditions because she did not do her job on the first visit. Absolutely horrible experience.

I have been a patient of Women’s Health Care and Family Medicine for greater than 5 years and have always been impressed with the level of care and knowledge. Wait times are minimal and scheduling is very flexible and quick. The medical and office staff are so compassionate and detailed in managing my medical care. There are not many places that offer this level of care and concerns.

Gave one star because none was not possible. Worst doctor I have ever seen. Have been trying for 3 weeks to get refills, called 5 times and went in twice and still no meds. I am out of meds for over a week now, that is SO dangerous!! When I did see her, she seemed very unsure, would ask me stupid questions over and over. She could have just looked at my record. She is gonna seriously hurt someone if this incompetence continues. They don't even open at posted times. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR.

Met this doctor at UrgentCare, as I was new to the area. When I went in for 1st visit she seemed caring however, upon scheduled follow up's, I was passed over to the FNP who never knew what was going on & happens to be her sister! Also, trying to get refills on my prescriptions was a nightmare. When I brought my concerns up to her about passing me off to the FNP & the lack of professionalism after a scary clotting issue SHE FIRED ME.This practice is a scam, look elsewhere.
