I had waited 45 minutes for luisa lopez to come into the examining room, and when she finally got into the room she was putting information on the computer the entire visit.i was unsatisfied with my patient care. I had gone in for an ankle sprain, and was allowedonly one question regarding my visit. I had asked her to check a lump on ny neck and was told to follow up with an appointment.
