Dr. Luiza Prodan, OD

She was late for my appt, gave instructions NOT to follow my regular Doctor’s advice (the Practice Owner, and her Boss). She stepped way out line with me. Her medical advice, for which I was billed, was to use a warm compress over my eyes, which I had already tried to no avail, and had told her that. She literally gave advise NOT to follow my regular doctors instructions and did not listen to me when I told her the actions I had taken to resolve the issue myself. She dismissed, disregarded and disrespected me. Her prescription was a warm compress… can you imagine? My Mother gave the same advice, which did not work, and I told her so. I was seen 30 minutes late and my insurance was billed for giving advice contrary to my much respected usual Dr. I wasted time money and patience with her. I strongly suggest you look elsewhere for a Dr who is professional & knowledgeable. Dr Prodan is none of these, only dismissive, disrespectful and unprofessional Don’t wast your time. She is horrendous
