Had a very positive experience. Received a list of foods that were high fiber. It was very helpful. Took it straight to Walmart and purchased everything on the list.

Poor communication, lack of care
I was in and out of my visit within a couple minutes with tests ordered and I never spoke to this provider again. I called the office to ask for my results and never received a phone call. There was no effort to try and get to the bottom of my symptoms or follow up with me at all.
