I have had two experiences with Ms. Lee. In 2019, my father was suffering from hip/pelvic pain due to a fall a month prior. Ms. Lee would not let my Dad leave until she got to the root of the problem. Her persistence uncovered the fact that the fractures from the previous month had become full-fledged breaks. My second experience was two weeks ago when I was having shortness of breath. She was wonderful in determining I had a blood clot! She even called me a week later to find out how I was doing.

I have had 5 kidney stones, my first one at age 17. Just a genetic thing, I drink tons of water. Anyway I checked in with 10 out of 10 kidney pain. I was having pain in my bladder too. But she was so horrible. They stuck me in a chair with no bed then a hallway. Like they actually gave me no bed, stuck me in a chair and left me there. During triage she looked me up on the computer and saw that I take morphine for my fibromyalgia, IC, and neck problems etc. I’m legally disabled. She thought I was there trying to scam a hospital for pain meds to get high. She was yelling and had her face in my face, and her finger inch away from my nose yelling at me because I said I knew I had a kidney stone. She didn’t treat me at all. I was crying and just curled up in my wheelchair. She was yelling “you don’t have kidney stones! Even if you did you have morphine pills!” I asked for a different nurse, who gave me kidney pills to get at a pharmacy but the ER themselves did nothing.

My experience with Lindell Sue Lee was horrible! Worst ever at Forest General Emergency Room!
