When I was ready to leave my house, I couldn't find my car keys. I called the clinic to let them know that I was going to probably be a little bit late, and everyone was so understanding and very courteous!

Physician Assistant Lynn Giovetti gave careful consideration to my symptoms and prescribed a course of action that fits with the daily requirements of my work situation. Since I saw her 4 days ago, this seems to be working for me, and it provides me with a great sense of relief. I'm grateful for PA Giovetti's careful attention, consideration, and professional knowledge. She truly helped me.

I mentioned this to Lynn Giovetti as we met for my appointment: It was very nice to have her picture posted (in MyChart) because I was able to recognize her right away. From my end of it - it felt more comfortable ----that she wasn't a complete stranger to me. (although - I do realize that I was still a complete stranger to her)
