I had an excellent experience with the Lynn McLaughlin. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient. Lynn was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to listen to my concerns. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the examination. The treatment for eczema she recommended was effective, and I saw improvement quickly. I would highly recommend Lynn and her services!!

Lynn is amazing - I have been going to her for years from yearly skin checks to cosmetic procedures. I have also taken my children for skin issues. I appreciate that she is very professional and knowledgeable along with her nurse who accompanies her during each visit. I recommend her highly!

My husband and I went in for a possibly of him having psoriasis. When she came into the room, she did the normal what's going on today. My husband is not really comfortable talking to provider. So I explained the situation (that my husband and I had discussed prior to the appointment) and proceeded to give her opinion that, me has his wife, it bothers me more than it bothers my husband. She did not need to express that opinion or be rude. Also, she misdiagnosed a few years ago and did not exude confidence on either diagnosis or treatment. Requested when called to have him seen by a true MD, but was scheduled with this PA, and was told that it was not the same person that he saw years ago but turns out it was. We decided to go get a second opinion and to a place that actually cares about my husband and myself concerns.

Lynn McLaughlin was pleasant enough, but my experience overall was uncomfortable. I was referred by my primary for a mole check. I had never done one before. She came in with a man in his 20's, a resident or student, I can't remember. No one ask previously if he could be in the room, and especially not if he could be in there while I disrobe and she check every part of my body. I told her I only wanted to do a mole check from the waist up, which she agreed to but said I should do full body next year. She proceeded to point out my modesty and tried to be quick, but it just made me feel really awkward and embarrassed. Pleasant disposition or not, I won't be going back to her next year.

I found Lynn to be a bit condescending. Maybe I just caught her on a bad day, but would not recommend

Lynn McLaughlin, PA is hands down the best. She prides getting to know customers on a personal note and truly cares for their wellbeing. I had the honor of seeing her a couple of times and she knew instantly what solutions to offer regarding my medical condition. Lynn is extremely knowledgeable.
