Found him to be condescending and irritating. He made a rude comment about how I was asking too many questions and how when I have children, I would see how irritating it is when people ask so many questions. First of all, I’m not a child. Secondly, I am at the optometrist to ask questions about my vision. Thirdly, why would he assume I want or am able to have children. The entire visit went downhill from there. Would not recommend to anyone.

I'm really impressed with this optometrist. He's professional, intelligent and patient. I've had a couple of other optometrists that were nice but not nearly as thorough.

I arrived/checked in 9 min after my appointment and Dr. Smith took 3 patients ahead of me including those who have scheduled time after mine. Waited for an hour and was too hungry so I left. Would not recommend. the incapability to manage administrative tasks casts doubts on medical ability.
