Lynn Steele is, without question, one of the best medical providers I have ever worked with. As a young woman, it is relatively common to meet medical professionals who are dismissive of concerns and don’t take you seriously. I have NEVER felt that way with her. Every appointment, whether a well-check or an illness appointment, I am treated with the upmost care, respect, and thoroughness that I feel every medical professionals should seek to provide. Always with a smile and upbeat nature, a comforting shoulder to cry on in tough times, and a voice of calm and reason, I will be devastated the day she retires due to just how incredible her bedside manner is. Any issue I may have, she talks me through every possible outcome, how we’ll approach it as a team, and makes me feel like we are both equal players when it comes to my healthcare decisions. I have recommended her to anyone who will listen, so I figured it was about time I came and recommended her here too!

I saw this person because of a painful recurring condition. She displayed very little concern and her total treatment was offering a drug, or a stronger drug..When I asked for clarification, her attitude was that she had already explained everything. She left the room and someone else came in to release me. When I attempted to question her in the outer room, she was too busy. Just horrible. This woman should not be working in a healthcare setting. Future visits without her were fine.
