One of the most negligent and incompetent Mental Health Nurse Practitioners with whom I have ever sort medication management care from, within the last fifteen years. She misdiagnosed my condition and mismanaged my psychotropic medications to a point that I ended up in an unnecessary mental health crisis and had to be ECO'd. I have never dealt with a supposed licensed mental health provider who refused to review medication history, and past patient care notes from my previous Psychiatrist (MD), whom managed my care properly for almost 10 years. She refused to allow or listen to any input from the patient, or explain her treatment plans. I was 100% worst off after just 4 months of mental health care treatment than before I started my medical care with Lyons Hardy, MHNP. I believe she should have all of her medication management treatments reviewed/supervised by a MD/Psychiatrist. I would never recommend her to ANYONE for Mental Health treatment, or medication management.
