Andrew and everyone at LifeStyles Physical Therapy are top notch! They have a 'patient first' attitude. You are not just given a circuit to go through - Andrew actually invests his time and extensive expertise on a regular basis to make sure each patient gets a very personalized specific program designed just for them. He doesn't try to just milk as many appointments out of you as he can like some other therapists; instead he tries to get you independent in your personalized program as soon as possible, but you can still come back and do you therapy on your own using their specialized equipment. I love this place.

I had complex wrist reconstruction surgery. There were some complications and I was given a poor prognosis. After months of therapy with another office (also a good therapist), I was not making much progress and had a non-functional wrist. I started gaining function after adding therapy with Dr. Mix. He used gentle, highly effective techniques to increase my range of motion, far exceeding the surgeon's prognosis. I now have almost full range of motion, thanks to the expertise and care of Dr. Mix

Extremely knowledgeable. Follows treatment closely. Continuing to make me work and improve. Everything can eventually be done at home.
