Macie Booker provided a very unprofessional and inappropriate experience. She was condescending and rude. I am very disappointed and concerned with her approach and demeanor. The medical visit was traumatizing and it will be the last time I deal with this individual. Having a medical license carries a great responsibility. Having expertise in treating patients does not make an individual a good ARNP. She should be trained and compassionate enough to avoid judgmental non-helpful statements that cause pain and lack of trust in her ability.
