Unprofessional
Mackenzie Gibbons was very unprofessional when I didn't agree with her diagnosis. She took it personally and ask me to leave without treating me. I spoke to her supervisor and explain that I wasn't happy with her assessment and all he would say was, "OK". I wasn't given any other options. I left feeling as if I didn't matter. No labs and no medication refills. I have been a patient at this office for almost 10 years and have never been treated this way before. I will not be returning.
