The kindest midwife!
Maddalena Buscemi was one of my midwives at the Elmhurst Hospital midwives group. She delivered my baby in October and also provided follow up care. Every time I saw her, she was so kind and knowledgeable and very approachable. I felt really comfortable with her. She knew my birth plan and cheered me on with my wishes during the labor and delivery! She was amazing at explaining every step in a way I understood before and during. After delivery when I had complications with delivering my placenta, she stayed by me and continued to explain everything calmly when the on-call OBGYN worked on it. I am so thankful for her care and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a midwife.
