Dr Eugene is incredibly abrasive, rude and is negligent in providing patient care. She made very negative implications about me, as a patient which were unwarranted and honestly made me feel terrible. People are already struggling with their mental health, they shouldn't have to worry that their provider is going to make them feel worse. I highly advise staying away from this practice if you want quality, compassionate care.
