I strongly recommend Levine Hearing to anyone wishing to improve their quality of life by addressing their hearing loss. Madison and her staff changed my life for the better several years ago - I'll be a lifelong patient. Their knowledge, courtesy and caring are unsurpassed.

Each time I go for my appointments, I am treated with courtesy and professionalism and friendship. When the office was closed due to the Corona virus, I was sent temporary batteries and filters without my even asking for them, at no cost to me. That's real consideration. I could have chosen a place closer to home, but now I am glad I didn't.

Madison is the greatest...she is technically knowledgeable and so warm and personable that she makes you feel like family. Maggie and Joanne have also been a wonderful help over the many years we have worked with Levine Hearing. My mom is 97 years young and only able to connect with the sounds of the world through the loving care Madison provides her.

Testing booth is very modern, comfortable, and technically advanced. The whole process was pleasant and the resulting hearing aids are excellent.

Madison is great to work with; her office staff is very helpful; as opposed to other audiologist chains, you see the same people all the time, so there is no retraining every visit; good technology. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I highly recommend going here for all your hearing needs. Both Joanne in the front office and Maggie have truly been there for me all the way. They are the sweetest, kindest, highly professional women. If I had to move away I would fly to Charlotte just to continue to go here.

Two (2) years ago Levine Hearing was recommended for my hearing test. I cannot say enough abour Madison and her staff for their Knowledge, Professionalism and friendliness with each visit. Madison recommended the Starkey Hearing Aids with rechargeable batteries which last approximately 1-year resulting in fewer disposable batteries. Twice a year I go in to have my hearign aids cleaned and could not say enough for how I am greeted and taken care of when I visit. I Highly recommend Levine Hearing to anyone needing a hearing test or hearing aids.

I started going to Levine Hearing about 2 years ago. They are all fantastic! I loved my hearing aides, but after speaking with Madison I made the switch in brands to Re-Sound. I can't get over how much better the clarity is. It is a bluetooth device, which is what I wanted. I hear phone calls, music and more directly into my hearing aides. It's wonderful. They continue to service my aides. I am able to get batteries or filters through Levine Hearing. Maggie and Joanne are so welcoming, professional and friendly - it's a pleasure to see them all. I highly recommend them, even if you are exploring what is available and want to experience a positive change in your hearing ability.

This is the first time I have dealt with Levine Hearing on behalf of my 96-year-old mom and they couldn't be more friendly, patient, and cooperative! When I mentioned my mom's name, the woman I spoke with immediately responded, "Oh we know your mom, she's SO sweet! We love her!" Wow, that gave me a wonderfully reassuring feeling. Also, she was very upfront about alerting me that my mom's warranty had expired, and providing the cost and repair time so I wouldn't be surprised at the time of the visit. I believe they're a very solid and caring business that deserves the highest rating!

Madison is VERY detailed oriented and I could tell from the first Hearing Test we did. Worked patiently to fit me with two ITC Bluetooth-capable Phonak hearing aids. Adjusted them so I can hear better than I ever have since wearing hearing aids 47 years ago.

I visited 4 hearing centers prior to going to Levine Hearing and found all of them to be too commercially oriented and not individually oriented. After seeing Madison Levine, I found her to be very individually oriented and knew that I would buy my hearing aids from Levine Hearing. Madison and her staff are totally professional and yet have a very friendly way about them. I am totally satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend Levine Hearing to anyone with hearing needs.

After two and a half years of wearing my Starkey Bicross hearing aids, I can say this was a great investment. Hearing is just better than not hearing, most of the time.....lol. It is good to hear on my right side again, thanks to Madison Levine and Starkey. During my appointments, Madison is pleasant and helpful. You will be just as pleased with Levine Hearing as I am.
