Madison is FANTASTIC!
When I meet with Madison I feel seen and heard. She takes as much time as needed to understand the issues while asking probing questions. I love that she not only comes with one solution, but multiple. She talks about benefits and risks, and helps us collaborate to the decision that is best for the next part of the journey. I don’t feel pressured. I don’t feel like she’s offering anything unreasonable. She makes me feel valued and that I’ve made the right choice in a provider.

Thorough, attentive, personable
My appointment was a consult to prepare me for a colonoscopy, and Madison was thorough in explaining everything. She left space for any concerns I had, and was very attentive to my feedback. She also had an approachable, welcoming personality that made me feel taken care of as a patient.

Horrible experience
Dismissive of my complaints and didn't submit the right documentation to get my CT covered, so I had to pay out of pocket. Received bad CT results via the phone app - she never called to explain anything!!! She ordered an MRI, because I may have cancer, and now I can't get insurance to approve it, because she, ONCE AGAIN, hasn't submitted the documentation. The office staff won't help and she won't respond to any messages or return any voicemails. The Northside office for Atlanta Gastro should be shut down.
