Horrible provider, very self centered and didn?t seem to know anything about not cheating. My partner went in for annual and ti order some bloodwork. She forced his to get check for HIV, STD’s and STI’s. my partner told her, that he does not want to or need to get tested for that. But she wouldn't stop until he said ok.I told my partner you don't need to be forced. Then Madison Smith replied. Are you guys having unprotected and we said yes, then Madison Smith said that he needs to be tested then I replied no he doesn't. We are both loyal and we do not have any other partners. She ignored me. Then my partner was like fine then I’ll do it. She made us feel very uncomfortable

Bill bill bill! I think Madison goes ahead and bills the highest codes she can to get her bonuses or incentives. A lot of doctors do this- wouldn't think shes any exception, unfortunately. She has a great personality overall. Very enthusiastic withs lots of energy. I would say that I hope she is fair with her billing practices and not being greedy.

Madison, their PA is by far the best PCP I’ve ever had! This is the second practice that she’s been my provider at, and each and every time I have had appointments with her, she is compassionate, timely (I’ve never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for her to come in), and she really listens to her patients.
