Dr. Bak gave me the best eye exam and prescription I've ever had. When I put on my new glasses, I could see better than I can remember. She is a thorough, knowledgeable, expert. Simply put, she is the best optometrist I've ever been treated by. I believe she's moved on from LenCrafters at Stratford Square Mall, but my experience was so fantastic, I still remember it many years later. I highly recommend her. She might be in Downers Grove now.
