Nurse Howard does not respect a patient’s right to give or decline consent. I had one prenatal appointment here and will not be returning. Additionally, I suspected I had a UTI. Two weeks went by with no treatment or lab diagnosis. I called her to ask for results. She said the lab did not process my urine. This whole time I have suffered pain, discomfort and frustration. She finally did give me antibiotics but it may be the infection has now spread to my bladder from medical neglect.
