She lied to my pregnant wife about the risks associated with vaccination. Allowing her personal opinion to interfere with her Duty as a doctor. She violated her oath and informed consent guidelines. She's the type that will call CPS on you if you disagree with her. Plus she's not a doctor despite calling herself one. She's a nurse. A very biased uneducated nurse masquerading as a family doctor. Not only did she lie she completely fabricated studies that don't exist she made up stats that don't exist. It easnt just not informign it was lying and tricking. On my life she will pay for what she did.

Fantastic Health Care Professional
Phenomenal. She has listened, answered questions, and provided care as needed, nonjudgmentally. I was very sick when I found my way to Options of Southern Oregon and have been on a path of discovery and healthy options for the last 3 years.

My caring and kind PCP
Telehealth
She was caring, kind, and always considerate of her patients. She listened to the patient's needs and reflected them appropriately in her treatment, and she did not burden the patient with multiple tests.

Best Doctor Ever
Malia Listened to me. She ordered test after test to find out what is going on with me! She is thorough and kind and she CARES she really truly cares about her patients and community. She is the reason I have a solution to my issues! She followed through with connecting me with follow-up care and is Always there to answer any questions I have. I will Always refer people to her and her Amazing Team. She stands far above the rest in my opinion. I've been a resident in the rogue valley all of my life and have never even Heard of the care Malia and her Team provides. I am truly GRATEFUL for her and her Amazing Team.

I saw her when I first moved to oregon in 2020. I had a lot of emotional stress due to hair loss. It extremely effected my self esteem and I am 30. This was the first doctor I was able to get in to speak about it without having health insurance for so many years. She took two minutes with me and said “it’s female pattern hairloss” and dismissed me completely. This was before any blood tests were done at all. Which barely were ran. When I spoke about it again she said “it’s female pattern hair loss nothing you can do” so just live with it and use minoxidil. I’m so glad I looked for another PCP who took the time to help me and figure out what the cause was!! So thankful I found someone who cared after being dismissed so completely immediately. I would be bald by now had I just listened to her brush me off with complete certainty.

She was condescending with her behavior towards me. She definitely didn't like being called out on it and she said that I was the one with an attitude which, im not a disrespectful person so I have no idea why she thought that except for maybe her trying to turn the tables on me and make me the bad guy. She yelled at me and said that i can see a different provider if i wanted and hung up on me. Ive never had such an encounter with any kind of "professional" in my whole life. I don't normally post bad reviews but this really was the worst experience in a health care setting that I have ever experienced. If your looking for a primary care physician, go someplace where people like their jobs and respect their clients.
