Malissa helped me work through the trauma of a terrible accident, which then helped me feel strong enough to work through the trauma of an abusive relationship that I had never processed. She helped me understand how my brain and body were trying to protect me, and how to help them relax and let go. The skills I learned helped me deal with a dysfunctional work situation with calm and dignity, and I feel so much more grounded and centered. She did all this while helping me laugh my way through it all. Highly recommend!
