No empathy
She sounds kind, empathetic and compassionate, but she didn’t show any of these traits for me as her patient. After waiting over 1 month for an appointment, drove 2 hours, to wait in line at registration and then again in her office, only to be told I was 15 minutes late (actually 10) and would need to reschedule and she didn’t have my records…my pcp works for the same company, no thanks, I don’t want this type of provider on my team.
