A first time patient here, all the staff were courteous and professional. Dr Moore was awesome and explained everything. Great experience overall

A 5-10 minute non touching exam is not a FULL BODY EXAM.Thats what I experienced with Mandy.I felt very rushed. I was never touched.My provider in NY spent at least 30 minutes and closely examined every part of my body with her hands including between my toes,fingers lifted breasts,closely examined with a magnifying glass,sometimes with a black light..I told her about 2 surgeries on my foot.She said she did not see any scars which she said was unusual. That made me uncomfortable as if I was incorrect about surgery.The visit wasrushed.Ican see if she had lots of patents ,a shorter visit might be needed, but not less than 10 minutes.As We waited in line to check out Mandy spent the time taking down halloween decorations.That time certainly could have been spent giving me a complete full body exam which I did not have. I pointed out a couple spots on my face that hurt when I touch them.She said they were age spots a d if I wanted, she could freeze them.All in all I felt that I was no

The red headed nurse was extremely rude with me over some beef that she has with the front desk. Which had nothing to do with me.

All though I like Mandy Moore , the condition of the office wasn’t very clean. The floor was very dirty, it looked like it had never been washed,Which made me consider returning.

Without so much as a glance, she determined that what I had was SKIN. I knew that before I went in, the skin is discolored to naked eye. I say this because the people I see everyday say so. If there is some one else to rexamine my face for a second opinion,I'd be glad to hear from your office.

I waited 40 minutes freezing in the paper sheet they gave me to cover up. This was my first appointment with Mandy. When she finally came in, she was looking down at her tablet and didn’t even look up at me or make eye contact. Talk about a terrible first impression. Then she spent about 3 minutes with me-I’m not kidding, it was only 2-3 minutes. Did an incredibly fast skin check and asked if I had any questions. Even my questions felt like an inconvenience and I felt so rushed. Have never had a dermatologist experience like this one. I’ve heard mixed reviews on Mandy and wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt but I would absolutely recommend going somewhere else if you can.

If I could give zero stars I would. Scarred My neck with the method used when a different method, which required more work, could have been used which would have prevented or minimized the scarring.

I have seen mandy many times over the years. Always pleasant and professional. Explains issues very well.
