I was in her care from 2023-April 2024. It was almost impossible to get an appointment, and her office provided contradictory information that caused me to run out of medication because they told me to wait to request a prescription renewal. When I asked for an emergency refill to avoid going through withdrawals from my SSRI antidepressants, she refused and blamed it on me. I’ve never felt less cared for by someone who is supposed to be a mental healthcare provider.

Had an appointment, we see each other 4 times a year. She canceled it less than 24hrs prior and set it back after my work time, which I've explained in a prior incident already before.. Immediately msged her back asking why it was rescheduled and tried to work something out. She didn't respond till a couple of hours prior to the new appointment and ask to join Zoom earlier but never opened the Zoom room to join. Missed the appointment, she msged me asking when I got off work, and I replied after clearing the next few days to make the next one. Never responded, so I reached out few days later seeing what was going on and..... nothing... Couple days later I found out she dropped me as a patient, citing MY inability to make appointments and refused to see me any further. I have not been reassigned, have not had my Rx refilled, and have been off my meds coming up on 2 months now. This was all because she couldn't make a 5 minute appointment in a 3 month period...Just shameful

Made me relapse because she let me run out of medication and wouldn’t get back with me after 8 voicemails & many emails. She is always missing appointments & you have no way to contact her. After your appointment you have to call & text her to get her to send your prescription to pharmacy. She simply doesn’t care about her patients.
