Mara might come off as a sweetheart, but its the elephant in the room. Shes very outdated and her medical training is no longer valid. She still believes in outdated methods and theories that have recently been proven false. Her lack on certain body functions is also alarming. She doesn't understand newer theories or technologies. Shes a nice person, but needs to go back to school before she continues to practice. She is quite geriatric, perhaps needing to retire.
