This therapist is not good. One positive thing was the concrete relationship skills, but I have to agree with another reviewer that "he'll infect your day" with his egocentrism and apathetic lack of empathy or concern. In fact, I'll add that he uses your trauma against you and tries to trigger you, if you aren't praising him. He interrupts 95% of the time, to talk about himself, before you can finish your sentence. I brought some of this up with him, and he deflected, saying that "he tells it like it is," and that I should "be able to withstand more shame" from him. So, he doesn't seem willing to listen, and he is not helpful.
