It's not so much Marcia Polly but her receptionist/nurse Katie, she is completely incompetent. She doesn't do anything she says she is going to do, like call you back or schedule tests. The office is a disorganized mess! What a shame for patients in need of care and don't even get the courtesy of a call back, much less scheduled a much needed medical test.
