What an incredible marriage counselor. Dr. Baier brings experience, warmth and a realness to therapy that is so refreshing. She is down to earth and shares from her own life when appropriate. I appreciate the little things she does, the decor of her office, the comfortable furniture and the way she offers clients a bottle of water or keurig drink before the session begins. In a real way, you are invited into Dr. Baier's living room to sit, talk and retreat.

Could not be more thankful for her. A perfect match for me and my wife. Wonderful combination of common sense and compassion. Non-judgemental but will urge you to be your best. Have had over a dozen total meetings and couldn’t be more pleased.
