Margaret Decker, FNP

Both my husband and I and other family members have to treated by Dr. Decker and we could not recommend her highly enough! She is so knowledgeable, friendly, and real! I love how informative she is while diagnosing you. You leave the office with not only diagnosis, but a deeper understanding of what your body is going through and why the certain medication might have been prescribed. She really listens to you, validates you, and makes you feel important. You never feel rushed with her. She takes the time to answer all the questions and concerns you might have. You feel like a partner in your own well-being. We know help is on the way when we schedule with Dr. Decker.

I was traveling over an hour to my dr because I had him for years and thought he was the best. Until...:Margaret Decker! She is amazing and very thorough with her checkups and running the right tests. She takes her time and records your full history. Also, she was very prepared on our first meeting. She went through all my charts and tests from previous dr and knew my history. After hours, very easy to have access to great covering drs when she is not on call. I felt very comfortable and am so happy I switched over to her.

THE PCP YOU ALWAYS WISHED FOR!! Firstly, Margaret is incredibly kind, positive, compassionate and TAKES HER TIME during your appointment. I never ever feel rushed like I did with pretty much every PCP I saw before her. I explained unusual symptoms I've been experiencing for the past few years, which have always been dismissed as either "totally normal" or paranoid with previous doctors, and Margaret REALLY listened. She made me feel much more relaxed about the issues and thoroughly explained what the causes could be, and somehow found a correlation between my symptoms that made complete sense. She offered up referrals for local specialists, assured me that we would go over their test results together, and after that could always do another, different test to be sure. I appreciate how committed she is to covering all the bases. It makes me feel like she is genuinely invested in my well being. I couldn't recommend her more!

Excellent experience. Kind trustworthy treats the entire person. Very professional. I am just so thankful to have her as my primary care Doctor. I have had two visits with her and feel if there is a need for medical help she is the go to NP. She listens at your complaints with interest. She shows that the final decisions about your care is up to the patient. She throughly explains the pros and cons. Patient can accept or reject without any frowning or rolling of the eyes.

Margaret Decker is an EXCEPTIONAL person - period. To have her as my Primary Care person is a huge BLESSING! She is alert, attentive, compassionate, kind, positive, and will not roll her eyes at alternative methods of healing. I prayed to have Margaret show up in my life as I looked for a very long time for a practitioner who would be right for me - and there she was! SHE IS THE BEST!!!!!!

You are in good hands with Margaret! She is especially caring, knowledgeable and personable.
