The provider did not seem to have it together. She was more concerned with checking the "boxes" on her list than treating my children. The visit took almost an hour, and I didn't feel comfortable with what was accomplished at the end. She honestly frustrated me because it seemed like she hadn't read my children's charts or the questionnaire I filled out beforehand. I had to repeat myself numerous times to her on many occasions.

My children have been seeing Mrs. West since they were born at every visit she remembers them and knows everything about them. Great experience all around, my children have been going there for five years and will continue until they are too old to go anymore.
