Appointment was made, paperwork filled out and on the Friday before a Monday appointment she asked to reschedule the timing, an hour earlier or later in the evening. We didn't see the email until Monday morning, unfortunately, but responded that we'd take the earlier option....that time came and went with no reply, email unanswered, calls unanswered. When she finally did reply she stated that on the intake papers we mentioned being in a crisis and she does not have time to take on crisis patients and we should look for another therapist. Incredibly unprofessional.
