Lack of so many things.

I was physically abusive to my partner and did not know how to control my anger, emotions or know how to communicate in a healthy way. Ms.Maria helped save my life I could be in jail right now as my last encounter which was two years ago I attempted to stab my partner out of anger. It’s been two years and I have not once been physically abusive we no longer yell we can listen to each other and not over talk each other we’ve focused on what we value in each other vs what’s wrong and what’s not right with each other. Our household is now a main priority. Ms.Maria helps me relieve stress and guides me into small steps live a healthy peaceful life. Live in the moment be vulnerable apologize stop speaking and just listen discuss feelings understand when you need to do things for your self. Etc I mean she’s just amazing I will never want another therapist because she has made a huge impact in my self and in my household. If you need a therapist couples therapy she is the one!

Maria is a wonderful and empathic who will guide you to your truth

Maria does not have the skills to recognize simple issues clearly displayed in front of her. She isn't worth bothering with.

Maria is extremely knowledgable and helpful individually to support teens to develop skills and in helping build positive communication and relationships within families. Also extremely professional.
