As a first time mom, I wanted to be sure that my son was getting proper nutrition. It was difficult to find pre-made baby food that wasn’t over processed at the grocery store. After talking with Maria I realized it was much more simple than I thought. I started making my own baby food when my son turned 6 months. We tried different foods every few days. She simplified how to feed by baby healthy, making sure he gets all the nutrition he needs.

I've been struggling with skin issues like acne and eczema for many years before I saw Maria. She gave me an elimination diet plan to follow to help with my issues and I saw amazing results in just 1 week! I have been following the diet plan for a month now and have lost a stubborn 12 lbs! I now feel way more energized and my skin feels so much better! Maria listened to my concerns, took her time with me, and gave me great advice! She's very caring/compassionate and I would highly recommend her!
