I started seeing Maria based off of the wonderful things I’ve heard about her from friends. I have been trying to live a healthier lifestyle while trying to lose a significant amount of weight, and Maria has taught me to how to both of those things. She really worked hard with me to get me to where I am today and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She is introduced me to many foods that I would never have tried without her and has showed me how to make healthier choices. She is very professional and was very driven to help me reach my goals. I would highly recommend her to friends and family.

I went to the doctor I was 20lbs overweight and I had high blood sugar. I was always feeling rundown. Then I went to Maria Dello she helped me lose 20bs and she taught me how to chose the right healthy foods for me. I started drinking more water and less soda. I never felt better I have more energy now and I eat healthier. I went back to the doctor I was not overweight anymore and my blood sugar was normal. Maria dello is a true nutrition expert she changed my bad habbits.

Fantastic Approach! made it easy to follow the program, but more important Maria took the worry out of weight loss. I felt confident I would succeed- hence 30lbs later. Thanks Maria Dello!!
