Maria is the most knowledgeable, generous gynecological care giver I have ever encountered. She is clear, patient, thorough, articulate, intelligent and she actually LISTENS. Her compassion and empathy are unmatched in my extensive experience- she genuinely cares about what she does and the outcome of her patients. I wish she was teaching others how to approach the practice of medical care as an actual craft. This is how it’s done. With others I have had long waits, anxious and repeated attempts to have questions answered and too often, an over-scheduled practitioner who can barely spend a few minutes of explanation. Maria is not rushed in her manner and takes care to explain options. À professional AND a human. So glad I found her.

As I was undergoing tests for a breast lump, Maria went out of her way (even on her day off) to call me. She called first to see how my biopsy went, then called again the minute she got the biopsy results (even before the results showed up on MyChart online). I am completely blow away by her bedside manner and how much she cares for her patients. You don’t often see this type of care from physicians anymore. I highly recommend her and feel incredibly lucky to be a patient in her practice.

Maria takes her time which is so rare nowadays. She’s thorough, seems like genuinely care for her patients, she’s knowledgeable, seems humble, down to earth, listens to her patients, make you feel comfortable, gentle, and overall excellent. She follows up with you and calls you for your results or any questions/concerns you may have. I absolutely would highly recommend her to anyone. I want her to deliver my future babies. Haha! She’s amazing, hands down considering I’m a tough critic. I absolutely love her!

I started seeing Maria for routine checkup and my general health then I got pregnant and I continued to see her for my pregnancy. I can't say enough about how comfortable she makes me feel and her amazing personality. She is very good at returning my phone calls when I need to reach her and I recently spoke to her about a personal concern of mine and she was beyond understanding and cooperative. What more can I ask for?

She misdiagnosed my pregnancy and told me that I am no longer pregnant and when I was, it wasn't a healthy pregnancy. I was devastated. Not wanting to believe her diagnosis, I went to the ER. Thankfully, they knew what they were doing. My baby is just fine. 6 weeks and 4 days. Heartbeat 133 bpm. She could have caused me a miscarriage with all the stress she caused me. "I'm so sorry to have to give you such bad news over the wkend" she said. Horrible. Stay away from her!
