Maria was harsh and dismissive towards me during a particularly vulnerable time, causing me additional distress. Why enter the healing profession if you're not going to actually try to heal your patients?

I have seen Maria for about 6 years, twice a year. I've had two lumpectomies and Maria has always been a great source of comfort, practicality, information and I am confident in her abilities and skills. Her friendly approach and sense of humor help me relax.
