Mariah Girard, FNP-C

I needed a primary care doctor and NP Girard had openings. After the first appointment, I was sent for lab work but called the office with a question about the lab work. I called 4 times over a 17 day period, no call back. My wife drove a letter to the clinic and handed it to them, explaining that we were trying to call with a simple question and to please call us. 5 days later and still no call back. A scheduler finally explained that the office is 2 nurses and an other support staff position short and has been for a long time. Also, if a call is not returned within 72 hours, staff has been instructed to disregard those calls and instead start returning most recent calls first. Obviously, they lack the capacity to adequately run a medical practice and NP Girard is either disregarding all messages or else failing to supervise her assistants enough to even know she has messages stacking up weeks behind. Now I have to find a new primary care provider because I wasted my time here.
