Treated absolutely awful
Dr Boltz accused me of lying about our Covid status. We had tested positive but had completed quarantine per the CDC guidelines and were actually 9 days past our quarantine. We were properly masked and had absolutely zero symptoms for at least 2 weeks. The front desk never even asked us the screening questions but even so we did EVERYTHING correctly. She snapped at me, accused me of putting her in danger accused me of not being honest at the front desk and treated us in a very nasty way. She shoved her fingers into my daughters eyes and made her scream and cry and demanded that I keep my daughters hands out of the way. My daughter is one and has a feeding tube and was born a micro preemie. I have filed a complaint and also asked to switch doctors. I will NOT allow her to continue being on my daughter's care team

We have been seeing Dr. Boltz for 10 years now, both of our daughters have been under her care since ages 9 and 3. Our girls are now 20 and 13. I love that she makes you feel important and spends quality time with us. She is an outstanding provider and I recommend her when the occasion presents itself. The Santiago Family
