I have been going to Advanced Hearing and Balance for several years. Appointments are on time, staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to listen to my questions and explain in a way I can understand. They work with me to ensure everything is working correctly and help me keep my hearing aids in good shape which extends their life. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Had another appointment with Advanced Hearing Center today. Was suppose to be my yearly hearing test, but because of a situation that popped up, we had to reschedule. Everything was explained to me and they even showed pictures of the problem. Directions given on what I needed to do before my next appointment. Kudos to Advanced Hearing Center.
