She's late for appointments and when she is I only get 20 minutes to talk to her or not even 45. Also , having less time stresses me out and not being able to say what I need to say . She doesn't give me advice , encouragement or even a work sheet to Wirk on or question to ask that will help me with my PTSD, self esteem and and anxety . The only good thing I can say is she's s good listener . She talks to me like s friend not a therpist and treats me like a friend not a patient .
