Marina Kazulin

She was dismissive and lacked the ability to feel compassion for my symptoms. Her advice was to avoid my “triggers” which would have involved me quitting my job. She made me feel embarrassed for seeking help for my symptoms and I left the appointment feeling like I hadn’t come to a resolution. Money and time down the drain, demand a different doctor if you get her.

I met her in urgent care. She was warm and caring. I was actually just looking up her name to see if she was available as a primary care practitioner (I have seen the same primary care doc for almost 20yrs - she was that good). Yay!

Ms. Kazulin was excellent when I went to the Ballard clinic for hand injury. She was polite, compassionate, and took the time to explain my injury and treatment. Quick and good care by all staff at UW Urgent Care in Ballard. I would recommend them since they have equipment like xray and great staff.

Provider didn’t hear what I, the patient, was telling her. She seemed rushed and lacked compassion. The entire staff at UW urgent care in Ballard failed to deliver. Maybe it was an off day...?... but I could tell Marina was a newer ARNP and didn’t need to be spearheading an urgent care facility. An MD should have been available to shadow her diagnosis. When your primary care provider isn’t available, many patients seek urgent care versus the huge ER bill. Failing to treat ALL SYMPTOMS makes you a bad provider. You wasted my time and UW’s resources. I will continue to rate you 1 Star on every possible site and deter any patient traffic headed your way. Cheers!
