Mr Muniz is incapable of properly treating patients. He is consistent in not listening to the patients concerns with their health and is allowed to continue to do so in his position at a military base. It’s frustrating to know he is treating soldiers with disregard to their health. He ignores requests for a referral to a specialist but instructs his patients to record their uncontrolled BP for 5 days when the medication clearly hasn’t been working the past 6 months . A cardiologist needs to be consulted and he refuses to have one onboard.

Mr. Muniz was negligent in his care and “diagnosis”. He disregarded previous diagnosis by three previous DOCTORS spanning 11 months. Refused to issue a referral to a specialist and refused to review additional information presented by patient to assist with proper diagnosis.
